Delegate information is compiled from The Green Papers. Both parties delegate totals reflect Green Paper's "soft" totals, representing the best known estimates of delegate preferences, not just formal committments. Democratic totals reflect only pledged delegates as unpledged delegates will only be able to vote on the first ballot if their votes are incapable of changing the outcome, or on the subsequent ballots if there are any. Republican totals reflect both pledged and unpledged delegates as they both can vote on the first convention ballot.
